If you use our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). When you visit our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:
The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.
In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable your browser to be recognized the next time you visit (so-called persistent cookies). If cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information to an individual extent, such as browser and location data as well as IP address values. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which can vary depending on the cookie. You can find out how long each cookie is stored in the overview of the cookie settings in your web browser.
Some of the cookies are used to simplify the ordering process by storing settings (e.g. remembering the contents of a virtual shopping cart for a later visit to the website). If personal data is also processed through individual cookies used by us, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR either to execute the contract, in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR in the event of consent being given, or in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of the site visit.
Please note that you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually whether to accept them or exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. You can find these for the respective browsers under the following links:
Please note that if you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
3.1. When you contact us or a retailer (e.g. via contact form or email), personal data is collected. The data collected in the case of a contact form can be seen in the respective contact form. If the email is addressed to a retailer, the data is collected and stored by the retailer and the retailer shown in the imprint is responsible for data processing. In any case, this data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures). Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed.
According to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of GDPR, personal data is collected and processed when you, as a customer, provide it to the retailer for the purpose of executing a contract or opening a customer account. The data is collected and stored by the retailer, and the retailer as shown in the imprint is responsible for data processing. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Your customer account can be deleted at any time and can be done by sending a message to the retailer or to us. The retailer stores the data you provide for contract processing. After the contract has been fully processed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be deleted in accordance with tax and commercial retention periods (currently 7 years).
Furthermore, personal data is collected and processed when you, as a retailer, provide it to us for the purpose of executing a contract. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective registration forms. According to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of GDPR, processing is necessary to fulfill the contract. We store the data you provide for contract processing. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be deleted in accordance with tax and commercial retention periods (currently 7 years).
If you, as a retailer, register for our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. By ordering, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. When you register for the newsletter, we save your IP address entered by your Internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data we collect when you register for the newsletter is used exclusively for the purpose of sending information by way of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the person responsible named above. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list.
If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range to those you have already purchased. In accordance with Section 107 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG), we do not need to obtain your separate consent for this. In this respect, data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR. If you have initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send you any emails. 7.1. To process your order, the merchants work with the following service provider(s), who support us in whole or in part in the implementation of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
The personal data we collect is passed on to the merchant as part of the contract processing and from the merchant to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. Your payment data is passed on to the credit institution commissioned by the merchant as part of the payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for the payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we will inform you explicitly about this below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

In order to enable the processing of the payment, your personal data (first and last name, street, house number, postcode, city, gender, email address, telephone number, and IP address) as well as data related to the order (e.g. invoice amount, article, delivery method) will be passed on to Klarna for the purpose of identity and credit checks, provided that you have expressly consented to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR as part of the ordering process. Our website uses so-called social plug-ins (“plug-ins”) from the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). The plug-ins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition “Social Plug-in from Facebook” or “Facebook Social Plugin”. An overview of the Facebook plug-ins and their appearance can be found here:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins
When you access a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged into Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook Inc. server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can directly associate your visit to our website with your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example, by clicking the “Like” button or leaving a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on your Facebook profile and displayed to your Facebook friends.
The data processing operations described are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR on the basis of Facebook’s legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website and to design the Facebook service to meet your needs.
If you do not want Facebook to directly associate the data collected via our website with your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also object to the loading of Facebook plugins and thus the data processing operations described above in the future using add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker “NoScript” (http://noscript.net/).
The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy:

This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider “YouTube”, which belongs to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only starts saving user information when the video(s) is played. If embedded YouTube videos are started, the provider “YouTube” uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to information from YouTube, these are used, among other things, to record video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent abusive behavior. If you are logged into Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account when you click on a video. If you do not want to be assigned to your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button.
Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR on the basis of Google’s legitimate interests in the display of personalized advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact YouTube to exercise this right. When using YouTube, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
Regardless of whether the embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network is established each time this website is accessed, which can trigger further data processing operations without our influence.
Further information on data protection at “YouTube” can be found in the provider’s data protection declaration at:
https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
To the extent legally required, we have obtained your consent to the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the objection procedure described above.
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”). Google (Universal) Analytics uses so-called “cookies“, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your shortened IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to Google LLC servers in the USA.
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics exclusively with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”, which anonymizes the IP address by shortening it and prevents it from being directly linked to a person. This extension means that Google will shorten your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google LLC server in the USA and shortened there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google (Universal) Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
As an alternative to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, please click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again): Deactivate Google Analytics
Further information on Google (Universal) Analytics can be found here:

We use Google Maps (API) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”)** on our website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps in order to visually display geographical information. Using this service will show you our location and make it easier to get there.
When you access the sub-pages that contain the Google Maps map, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transferred to Google servers and stored there. This may also result in data being transferred to Google LLC servers in the USA. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether a user account already exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your Google profile to be assigned, you must log out before activating the button.
Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. The data is collected, saved, and evaluated in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of Google’s legitimate interest in displaying personalized advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of Google websites. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right.
If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google when using Google Maps, you also have the option of completely deactivating the Google Maps web service by turning off the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and thus also the map display on this website cannot then be used.
