The hosting services are provided by Internex, while the platform facilitates electronic food sales limited to the geographical area of Saalfelden, where vendors (providers) offer food and complementary services to users.
All business transactions are managed by Piazza Gastro GmbH. The food is sold and delivered in Saalfelden and the surrounding areas, and Internex provides the hosting infrastructure.
- The product descriptions and content come from the providers. There is no direct contract between the marketplace operator and the user. The contract for the purchase of food is concluded directly between the user and the provider.
- The product descriptions do not represent binding offers from the provider. Instead, when the user places an order, it is a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with the chosen provider. The provider must accept the offer for a valid contract to exist.
- Pizzeria La Piazza Saalfelden is not responsible for the product descriptions, advertisements, or their legality. It only facilitates order placement. The retailer is responsible for product labeling, legal information, and fulfilling statutory requirements.
The contract language is German.
The user registers by placing an order and entering their name, home address, telephone number, and email address. The marketplace operator reserves the right to accept or reject registrations.
Users must keep their passwords secure. If an account is inactive for over a year, Pizzeria La Piazza Saalfelden has the right to delete or block the account.
- Users must provide complete and correct data.
- Premium-rate numbers or P.O. boxes cannot be used as billing addresses.
- If data changes, users must update their information immediately.
The marketplace operator may verify user data but is not liable for its accuracy.
Users can write reviews and comments about ordered products and retailers.
- Reviews must be objective and truthful.
- False identities and fraudulent use of the review system are prohibited.
- Pizzeria La Piazza Saalfelden does not guarantee that a provider will accept an order.
- If goods are defective, statutory warranty provisions apply.
- The marketplace operator is only an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, completeness, or fulfillment of the orders.
If an order is not delivered, defective, or incorrect, the user must contact Pizzeria La Piazza Saalfelden, which will follow up with the provider.
- Pizzeria La Piazza Saalfelden strives for high availability of its services but may temporarily restrict access for security or maintenance reasons.
- No guarantees are provided for compatibility with user devices.
- The liability of the marketplace is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of personal injury.
- 8 Place of Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
- Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- Food sales are restricted to Saalfelden and are not available outside this region.
- Entrepreneurs agree that the court at the seller’s registered office is the exclusive jurisdiction.
- Consumers in Austria can sue or be sued in their place of residence.
